There are no in-game transformations. You pick a character's transformation before the fight when you select characters. But every transformation has a different set of attacks.

oh wow...so its THAT real. cuz i can enter the tournament and play better or worse than the com. but thats still cool.

But since this game isn't online, COM vs COM is the closest we can get participate in a tournament online.

They are COM vs COM tournaments where members custimize the characters with Z-Items and watch them fight.

Isn't the multiplayer split-screen? I'm confused... Every time i've seen multiplayer.. its splitscreen weirs.
Multiplayer is Split-Screen.
COM vs COM is 1st player perspective.
Ok, that explains everything.
At many times, it seems that Buu always won at the last second.
