Do you need reminding that before U2 (Who used to support him at concerts) Cranberries, Enya ect, apart from Rory Gallagher and Van Morrison he was the biggest international music star to come out of Ireland. And in terms of real music sales he has sold 50 million albums, which make him in the top ten of the most successful artist to ever come out of Ireland.
