I dont understand where people getting off insulting journalists or interviewers, the way I see it, at least they HAVE chomsky on, its better than marginalising him. i think its harsh on Evan solomon as he's interviewed him before. A real jackass is someone who obviously doesn't understand anything and simply shouts or jabs at the person, instead of posing him staright foward questions that people may have. Case in point, Bill O'Reilly.
WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG with the CBC??? Of ALL of their wonderful, capable journalists, hosts and anchors, they keep sticking Chomsky with this dumbass Evan Solomon.... it's becoming annoying
@Doogibo Unfortunately it often feels that way. At least in Canada we don't allow corporate donors, and everyone is limited to a relatively small amount compared to the US. Here they get around it as best as they can by having employees donate en masse. But it's still a feeble amount compared to what they could give if corporations were persons, for example. Buying elections...yay.

I like how Evan Solomon sees 'reading something' as such a shocking thing.

No problem.
I'm happy to see that Noam Chomsky was on CBC. They need to have him on a LOT more.

@PurpleHoneyBear Check out Chomsky's 1988 CBC Massey lecture - it's priceless.

@PurpleHoneyBear I thought corporations were persons in canada, isn't that why it's legal to falsify news reports here?
And if they are persons, wouldn't they be limited to the personal amount anyways?

Sorry about the silly format, Windows Movie Maker decided this was better somehow. Tell me if you know of a good program to split movie files.
