You know, I think the title of this song is more important the the music itself. Sure, the composition might be great, but think about it.

"We fight Proud for the Holder". Valiantly serving the bearer of a contract. A honorable capitalist. It just struck me on such a profound level... defines the game so well.

A "Holder" is a power holder in the Amarr Empire. Not the holder of a contract. One of the ancestries for The True Amarr in EVE is "Liberal Holders".

@ChaationBergin You're correct in that the title is important, but you're wrong in your assumptions of what it means. As skip8619 has pointed out, it doesn't refer to a contract holder - it refers to an Amarr noble.

"Holder" is a general title of nobility in the Empire, likely referring to "Holder of Land" or possible "Holder of Flesh/Slaves", indicating a person with control of feudal power. "We Fight Proud for the Holder" is a hymn of fealty to your lord, for Kameiras or commoner troops.
