@reny306 it depends on what you need. If you want style and enormous amount of apps but limited functuality than you have to buy the iphone. If you want tonns of functions, individuality, safety and you don't give a thing about all the apps than N900 is the best phone money can buy. Even today and they became quite cheap over time.

I had N900 for four months and i sold it. Yes, it's powerfull but Nokia doesn't know how to use that potential. Opensource? Well yes, but the apps suck! They have to be free, cause nobody wouldn't buy them. Iphone works perfectly and is powerfull,FAST and easy to use.

It's a feel thing - if the OS handles more user events with non-blocking calls and makes heavy use of multi-threading, for instance, it'll always "feel" like it's responding to you faster than a device that doesn't respond instantly to what you're doing. Even if the overhead involved in multitasking is higher, and thus the device slower, it'll still feel faster, even if both use the same exact chips. Make sense?
What's the use of doing a size comparison when one has qwerty keyboard and the other does not? It's like saying what's bigger, a double bed or a single bed.
