    I must say though, you seem to do alot of push ups, some of the styles of push ups are working the same major muscles.. which isn't neccesary. You could get more gains by doing less push ups that work out the same muscles.

    The only styles of push ups that are neccesary to get the same benefits are the finger tip ones, the wide grip, and traditional. Another option you could get more results by is doing dumbell presses or bench presses with close and wide grip.

    Don't bounce so much on the lateral raises.

    Results will come quicker if you do excercises properly. I'm not trying to hate or anything just advise I guess.

  • @vepulan7 How are you going to try and correct him and still give him the wrong information.. When you lower yourself down you inhale and take 4 seconds to lower yourself and then when you push up you should exhale and it should take about 2-3 seconds. Anyone ever notice that it's the people who want to correct somebody that are always the people that are misinformed?
