Either take it to the edge of the wind window and ditch it or on 4 line kikes you can apply the brakes (bottom lines on the handles)

People, do not, I repeat NOT go powerkiting (at least jumping) on grass! You'll break your ankles when you land a little awkward. I've seen it happen.. Just jump on sand or in water!

Fun tip: when possible, use icehockey skates and a small powerkite and go icekiting!

It looks dangerous. Try a kitesurfing kite in the same wind and you will be able to make jumps up to 20 feets.
