Still you havent explained why scotland in having the oldest recorded evidence in the uk states that money was paid to the king of the "rowmanies" in 1507 that is proof that Romanichal of the uk have called themselves that for about 500 years. Their is no reference to Italy or Rome in the culture of the gypsies or their language. However the linguistic evidende unlike your ignorance speaks volumes.
