that's what i tell to all my students throughout the years: "it's NOT what you do, it's HOW you do it". i've seen & dance with so many "ladies salsa dancers" doing so many HUGE movements, & they loose the concept of "partner connection" & "musicality", & also they do not dance well/or like, UNLESS they're doing turns patters combinations or spinning!
