All that work just for a few minutes in the movie, unreal. Just think of the wages paid out for all the help. No wonder the movie cost so much. I could have shoot the fountain scene and hugging in the door way with my little video camera.

Ive been to Montepulciano and stayed in a hotel right in this square. Honestly there wasnt much to the city but after 7 days in Rome some r & r was really nice.

the only difference from what i imagined to all the footage i've seen of the square is that i'd imagined vendors and entertainment and things. it's supposed to be a festival, so far all i've seen is people standing around in red, not doing much of anything :-\
