I work with audio and I could hear the artifacts of slowed down audio before you sped that up. Also, why would anything send a signal slowed down and reversed if they wanted to communicate? If extraterrestrials exist and wanted to cloak their messages they probably are using other frequencies like maybe ultrasound where we are currently not monitoring.. They might even speed up a signal to make it quicker to send. Slow it down? Naaaaaahhhhwwww!!
