There was an issue of 'Cable and Deadpool' in which the two had a rather amusing fight, though if I remember right, Deadpool deliberately went easy on Spidey in it (i.e. He only used non- lethal weapons).

But he can die, immortality isn't synonymous with invincibility. He can just live forever and not die - but that doesn't mean you can permanantly damage his body to a breaching point where it won't regenerate back, even with his advanced healing factor.

Seriously take a dis integrator gun and turn him to piles of ash, then throw the ashes into the pit of a raging volcano.

Deadpool can be killed, though it's extremely difficult. He can be killed by decapitation if his severed head is kept apart from his body long enough (Wolverine almost killed him that way once, but his buddy Bob Agent of HYDRA managed to reattach Deadpool's head in time), and I think also by ways of death which his healing factor would be useless against (i.e. drowning, suffocation).

However, I hope nothing like that happens, Deadpool's one of the coolest heroes ever!
