what part of a computer should i buy to up my frame rates? which is the worst of my specs that needs upgrading?

ram should be up too 4gb, processor seems good, but is it dual core, quad core, pentium or what, if its a pentium and thats your setup then you wont even be playing at 20 fps with everything on low

my problem in FSX is that despite the fact that my PC runs the game at full settings the scenery takes too much to load especially the textures when i fly at medium to high speeds.

Hmm, What OS do you use?

I don't expect you can run FSX with ultra high settings with that computer. One improvement would be your ram. Myself I got 8GB, but I would suggest (depends on your OS), but around 3GB+ can do it.. anyway go ahead and find out if you can ;)
