Which ever way you look at this video the 1980's Escort RS Turbo albit modified really pulled that Evo in once the Escort got some traction. Looking at how quick the Escort got off the clock it must be running 300+bhp at least. On a A to B road the Evo would murder the RS, why? 4WD and 20 years of technological development. One thing to think about is how is the EVO and the RS gear'd. Yes the EVO took off 4x4 i would imagine and if you think its so easy to run a car down then you dont race.
