Hi there! Well - let's talk guitar. How would you get Jeff Beck's sound? Seems to me it's actually more in the "way" you play than the actual sounds. Zawinul's thing is a stylistic approach to playing; the sounds actually don't matter that much (though it helps to understand his approach to programming). Thanks for watching. :)
Sounds great. Can you tell me how you captured the Zawinul sound? I'm a guitarist but I really like all of his work, especially the Zawinul Syndicate stuff, which this seems to be in the style of.
Yes &fmt=18 or &fmt=6 MAY or MAY NOT be the best thing since fresh baked bread. The code does allow videos to be shown in HD (as they say on TV 'when available') BUT it may also slow down streaming so if youre watching a video that stops to buffer, this code may make it worse since you are interrupted which I really hate.
right...ok...sure. I just like learning new things, whether they're good or not. It's just interesting. anyway, the code's NOT in there, so no need to worry.
No harm meant. And I love all new knowledge. you know that.
And the code is probably not in the URL because it seems like it would slow some systems down during some videos. (remember I'm taking about those interruptions during the streaming I HATE THAT). The bottleneck starts at the source machine that created the video regardless of the hardware the host maybe running ..... .. oh well..
Yeah man he's amazing isn't he? Look in the info and follow the link to his website and check out NAIL, amazing band.. I actually was a member of Nail and we made a CD called "Bent" in 97' Since then Nail has flourished! Thanks Marc! Peace
Nope,no Prophet...never could afford it. I did just get a Nord 2, which sounds a helluva lot like a Prohpet, but it's not in this video. It'll be in the next one.

Of course, as always, your mileage may vary.

If you add
&fmt=18
to the URL, the video will play back in
STEREO

...wow. I had no idea. How do I write that in to the URL?
nailosity 3 years ago
Up in the browser, just tack the
&fmt=18
to the end of the url and hit enter!
It also plays the vid in high quality
Cheers!
