I was at this show, Standing 2 deep at the right side of the stage. The silence was pure shock after Manson hit Ginger and then Twiggy got him with the bass as well. We had no idea what was going on. Trent walked out after about 5 minutes and said Ginger was ok and on his way to the hospital and the NIN would be out in a few. Manson breaks down what happened in his book. He was pissed at Trent for asking him ''telling him'' they had to ply the show. MM was shot after the tour, they were done.

something pissed manson off, it seems like the guy setting up the mic stand always triggers him to go into a rage i think even if it didnt knock ginger out he had no intention of coming back on stage because he was already gone before he noticed the outcome

And during 1996 Ginger was going about it all wrong, that's why he threw the mic stand.

He said in an interview, when he flips off the left side of the stage, that's the techs que to turn up the volume to the microphone, or something.

And that was gingers que that he wasn't getting the beat right.
