On RRPictureArchives (railroad photo site), it classes that unit as an ex-BN SD45 6494. It's probably not a ex-BN for sure but I was just going along with what the site said about the locomotive.
Auctually, you're wrong. All of these railroads still exist on paper, and none of these locomotives are auctual CN locomotives, as they all carry the other railroads' reporting marks
