I know, its a horrible commentary. Should have said pulled harder than the stock ecu. Pretty hard to tell on video though, and I never took into account that it "looks" different. I was just saying what I was feeling. In real life its like night and day.
are you worried about detonation? I aquired one for a 300zx TT but Don't feel like running high octane gas. these ecu's are tuned for 100 octane. 100 octane by jap standards are about 96-97 octane by US standards.

yes. 93 octane. My a/f on the wideband on wot is 10-10.5:1 Which is actually pretty rich.

Yes, I am aware of the high octane. There's no detonation so far though on straight 93. The difference is very noticable. It comes on harder.
