Just Incredible!!! Both of them. I like how they are both encouraging each other during the song to SING!!! My favorite part is at 2:50 when Dionne brings her power vocals. The look on Luther's face says it all. For Luther to be impressed mid-song says a lot about what he thinks of Dionne. I agree. However at this time, Luther's vocals were just Sick!!!

I have seen luther at least 8 times in concert and each show was perfection.

I had tickets to go see him at Westbury Music Fair in LongIsland but unfortunatley he had a stroke and was not able to perform. I'm sure he was planning to reveal some of his new songs such as Dance With My Father. He often went to small venues to get a feel of what people think of the material. I've seen him at

westbury before and it was the best. Just him and the microphone no flashing lights.

Her head voice held up remarkably well...it was those higher chest notes that were the first to go. When a vocalist has given as much as she has vocally for such a long time and smoked heavily for just as long, of course there are vocal changes. I actually love the richness of her lower voice, and she works around her reduced range quite well...but she's a college educated musician, after all :) Love this performance and this song.

I don't know about this Luther holding back or even Dionne holding back. They both sang the song with feeling and did not oversing the song. I did not see any "DIVA" moments of anyone trying to out do the other. Luther said throughout his entire career that Dionne meant more to him than anything.
