I think the author was actually supporting SAP, not taking a shot at them. If the order of the words had been reversed then it would have been a shot?
I definetly enjoyed it. Such a mix of acurate details (even though, I don't know SAP that much), technology (nice scroll) and I would even say Art (the idea of reversing everything you just said).
THis video definetly has a place in my favorites. Thank you

Well, they marketing guys probably took some fun with those writing games... But the effect is poor...
It will need more subtleties to convince customers of what's said ^^ (especially for SAP heavy-weight and expensive products :p )
