Lucky she did not kiss the yoke! people need to friggin practice before buying themselves into a hobby. Harleys! ya get them fast then figure you should have bought a Ducati in the first place. LOL!
Those ass hat handle bars seem ideal for getting her weight low and forward and that skinny rear tire bit hard with that massive 2 inch contact patch. Skilled rider.
@deathwishsux People always "think" that Busa's don't do well in the twisties, yet most have never owned or ridden one long enough, if at all, I've eaten plenty of gixxers, R1's etc in the twisties.... It's not about the bike, it's about the rider, I've ridden for 30+ years and I push My Busa hard and it seems to turn in well enough for me, if I raise the ass by an inch it will turn exactly like a litre bike.... In the words of mythbusters, you're theory is flawed, therefore BUSTED! LOL
I just gotta laugh at the duckfucker guys and the hardley -ablestoned guys arguing over who's faster.... LMFAO..... I'd like to help end the argument for you..... I'll eat ya's both with my Busa! how's that sound? :o)
I'm impressed. Aidn't know a Hardley-Ableson {a Sportster at that!} could flip like that. If she had half a grain of riding skill she would have modulated the throttle way before it came up that high. Stick to knitting and washing the dishes. ;)
That pile of shit should be good for some spare parts for a JD tractor. BTW asswipe try comparing apples to apples. This is how smart Hardley guys are, they compare a pile of shit Hardley with thousands of dollars worth of work and still can't crack the nines to a stock Ducati. I'll bet you my old Kaw. Z1 will pump that pile of overweight garbage.
LMFAO.....no wonder America is in the state it's in with idiots like you. Truth of the matter is Hardleys are crap and I'll pump any of them on my Ducati. I'm not replying to your dumb ass anymore. My time has a value. Maybe being "American" has left you without a job and having alot of time on your hands. Here's an idea, get a job at an auto plant and get paid by tax payers money. Oh, wait a minute. You are the tax payer.
Hey, I'm American, and I take offense to that. Not all of us like Harleys. I'm more of a Honda guy, but I'd take that Ducati D16 RR if I had the money. I'm sure that bike could take anything else on the road that's stock.
Who's idea was it to release a Moto GP bike as a street bike, anyways...? I'm sure half of them are crashed by some fucking squids, sadly enough. :/
@ducatione What are you? some European Union, Socialistic piece of shit? Enjoy that Ducati while you can because you know your Government will get that next..... probably because its exhaust is causing Global Warming. Wake the Fuk up!!
even if the destroyer could, you're bragging about a purpose built drag bike to a stock ducati. if it wouldn't win, that'd be sad, and the destroyers aren't that fast.
@DEADBOYbMP crap, from your comments i know that you have never been on the track and you proberbly use your back brake. And I bet you use the clutch to change up gears.
Maybe if you had completed elementary school you would know that it's has an apostrophe. Maybe that also explains why you don't like real bikes pinhead.
You know what they say about making assumptions, they make an ASS out of you and me. In this case they just make an ASS out of you!. I never said I rode a harley, I said you are a fucking moron and so stupid you spell the word road, "rode". Have fun riding bitch on your Ducati with your boy friend.
I'm not entirely sure, though I heard it had it's displacement increased as well as a lot of internal modifications. Was putting out some serious torque that's for sure!
Ever hear of Angele Sampey? She tips the scales at 98-lbs and can whip the crap outta ANYBODY on the asphalt. There is an advantage to being light; it's called "Holeshot Advantage".
Wish I could get grip like that on my Harley, I normally just spin the back wheel!!! & Tonyiz, it will probly have a lean angle cut off switch... Mines has one & activates at lean angle of 85 degrees I think..
Trina Hilton is a very accomplished Harley riding drag racer. She was the first in a long while to go up against the guys, and has earned the respect of all of them.
You guys are just pissing into the wind - and Romeo - we don't really care much for drag racing in NZ?? The motorcycle classes are some of the fastest growing in the sport?? Where the hell have you been??
What's your KiwiBiker username? I have only seen about 3 or 4 posts about drag racing in the year and a half I've been there. 10,000 NZ motorcyclists can't be wrong right, wrong.. er.. right?
Match that 'busa with an S&S G-squared.....you'll get your ass and your 'busa handed to you....Unless you can better 6.9's in the quarter on gasoline!
In New Zealand we don't really care much for drag racing, as we have a LOT of twisty roads similar to "The Dragon". You're more likely to find your Hayabusa or Harley getting shat on in the twisties by an NSR250 or RS250 ;P.
I don't dispute that. Those tight corners are better suited for the lighter bikes with shorter wheelbases. It is more rider skill than anything else; horsepower does not mean much too in that environment. I used to do that kind of riding years ago on an old CB750 Honda.....it was quite a rush!
Most of NZ is quite narrow and twisty, we don't have the kind of highway systems linking our cities like you guys do. Cool, you rode a CB750? My old man has a '69 CB750 K0. He's got a video up, if you're keen do a search for "ToyCollector10" on YouTube.
sheesh were all bikers aint we , i ride jap and harley , and to tell you the truth, my jap bike, dl650 vstrom is more maintence intencive ,and more unrelible to boot , wow im so impressed .
07 vstrom 2500 miles on da clock spent over a month upto now having eletrical re done and still cant find the problem
06 hd sporty 883 8500 miles on the clock, nothing gone wrong yet !! hmmmmmm yeah right buy jap and have relibility riiiiggghhhhtttt !
Each to his own. I find that a lot of the Harley riders I come across are quite egocentric and generally not nice towards sports riders. That's the scene in New Zealand anyways.
hmmm well that tells you about the vstorms they are cheap ..my mate is a mech and thinks that they are too.they have shock faults as well (factory)ones .i had a hogs for 10 years and the 3 that i had gave me trouble ,but i did alot of miles on all of them .i had a 30 sfttail brand new and within a week i had elec shots that says it all,,,,,,,,,A WEEK

It's a pretty easy thing to do when you consider the factors. Small rider, trackBite (traction additive, sticky track) and huge torque.
