The arms aren't drawn so greatly, but that knee is pretty great! Great job on that leg. I like this one, but maybe because of the complementary colors. Idk. I just like the colors in this one.
I agree with the arms...same with the fingers which I think are to gumby-like. ^^; I've noticed that I like drawing Phoenix (in either costume)....the pattern is simple and the colors are bold...and not too complicated to find decent values of each from copic selection I have. XD
No, you should contact your art store first about them. If they don't have them, recommend they stock them. If they get enough demand they may. But they're on the high end of price.
Online is probably the best place to get them now. Some specialty art stores (not so much the big chains unless you have a Dick Blick's or Pearl Paints) might have some. Also check anime related stores since they're commonly used for manga art.

You might be right *wink* Green and Yellow are my two favo(u)rite colo(u)rs, hence why I like Phoenix & Rogue so much.
Plus the X-Men are by far the best Marvel have, and I dont follow DC.
The pose and legs are perfect, but maybe the arms are missing something, but if that was MY PSC, I would be very happt indeed. {:o)
