I think it's a different scenario - I mean obviously the commercial timeline was minimized - but believe it or not people to get injured. And having a black doctor is not impossible. Thus, a racist might get injured and have a black doctor save his life - but it's not like he'll say "oh you're black so I didn't want you to save me"
