The guy singing is an old friend/musician friend of mine. He is quite simply THE BEST hard rock singer I have ever heard. This record came out at the beginning of the grunge thing. He was more of an 80's Queensryche type singer. He did a song with David Zaffiro on his last record I believe that really showcases his talent. How he didn't become huge I have no clue...

I would say this was my favorite Holy Soldier cd, but I never cared much for their heavy stuff... So I guess to me, this cd WAS Holy Soldier. "Love Conquers All" and "Sand" take the cake.

Herb I think Holy Soldier is retired much like Rez band and others of that time . Good bands back than . No fluff just inyour face Jesus and good licks . Today all the Christian bands are a lot of fluff and feel good . Sad really . Keep it on Jesus and it works . It's all about Jesus not us .

I posted this for some people I'm witnessing to who are younger, but I met Larry as a church in CA, an saw him once an again. He was always down to earth and genuine. When he sang it it had the fire of the man that routinely got run out of churches for burning to bright.
