@wrenthereaper thanks again. Yeah I spent a lot of time on this project. Took me a while to figure everything out, especially because i'm learning everythin as I go. Thanks for checking these out! I appreciate it!
Great Earth model! Definitely something to be proud of. I would just say that it has perhaps a little too much specular on the sun reflection, but I say that only because it stood out to me as amiss. Overall it looked quite good.
Amazing dude. I've used 3DS Max for a little over a year now and I've tried a few times to do a scene like this. How did you get the Earh so highly detailed?
@InterwebSpotlight Thanks a lot dude! Well actually I made all of this in Maya, but I'm sure it can be done Max also. I used the blue planet maps. They're really large image files. It took me a while to get this scene like this, especially the atmosphere.
@tristanfc2 hey i think you used my favorite texture from the blue marble project. and i have two questions what shader did you use and do you know a way to fit the night lights on to the earth? ive been trying for a while and i have never figured out a good way to do so. and by the way this is an awesome render it must have taken hours
Awesome Animation. You blew it, you blew up the score. 5/5

again mixing of the sounds and animation is considerable,in addition the animation itself makes a picturesque atmosphere
