i read that the figure out how much water you need on a daily. you are supposed to take your weight in lbs and divide it by 2 and that is how many ounces of water your body needs a day. hope that helps

I don't know why when on a water fast we have peculiar dreams---I am water fasting (again) now, and have had some silly dreams
in one Martha Stewart was chasing me in a cartoon-villainess way
I guess the mind is cleaning out all the cobwebs
