One thing to notice is the amount accelerating and braking, this is something Forza 2 does more realistically.

gt4 sucks. forza has always had damage modeling and realistic physics, and just now gt5 has damage modeling. i would rather play froza 1 then gt4 anytime.

I think both games have their pros and cons. Forza has the better online aspect which I think opens up a whole new world of competition for a player as well as the damage. However, I still think gt4 has more realistic driving physics. Just notice how the gt4 car responds to road imperfections and the forza car just seems to float over them. In particular when the car drives onto the grass or shoulder of the track. I am a fan of both games, though, and will probably by both (I already own gt4).
i would just like to congratulate GT4 makers on the fact they put the overhead bridge about 300 meters from the real life position of the bridge. Forza 2 got it right so what happened GT4?

New consol = no grafics tricks and they wanted it to run 60fps and HD 720p.
GT4 runs at 45-50 fps on an old consol with alot of grafical tricks.

I mean...it's not like u can bounce ur way off cars and walls to the finishing line...Plus u could be leading thru 90% of the race and one little mistake on the last corner could mean loosing the race completely...along with a damaged car to fix.
That's the case with most GOOD racing games. I mean Grid or even Midnight Club which is an arcade racer, one little mistake can take you out of the game.
You can't talk about realism in a car simulation, unless you're using a wheel. I tried Forza2 with the 360 wheel, GT5P with the G25, and GT4 with the GT"1080degree"wheel, the best BY FAR, was GT5 with the G25, GT4-GTwheel was pretty good, and 360wheel was mediocre, but I guess that has more to do with the wheels than the games. There are more realistic simulations out there, they are all Touring & F1 stuff on pc, but how the hell can I tell if that's realistic if I've never driven any of those!?

Car in GT4 do drift. I can even spoof out that they drift better than they do in Forza 2.
Forza 2 have a terrible steering aid engine which can't be removed. Both games doesn't really allow you to do lift throttle drift which is kind of a shame for a simulator.
i realy hope , and yes you right , because my brother do drift lot of times , and one car can do little drift is the nissan nismo gtr, i advice you to play juiced , you can make awesome drift:) .

man thats bad i thought it was gt4 vs forza 1 and i thought faza 1 won and now it turns out its forza 2. fora 2 wins but turning gt4 wins, and gt hd is so realistic in turning and shit

Car in GT4 do drift. I can even spoof out that they drift better than they do in Forza 2.
Forza 2 have a terrible steering aid engine which can't be removed. Both games doesn't really allow you to do lift throttle drift which is kind of a shame for a simulator.
I heard in GT5 you can actually do it. :)

i realy hope , and yes you right , because my brother do drift lot of times , and one car can do little drift is the nissan nismo gtr, i advice you to play juiced , you can make awesome drift:) .
