The band members in this band don't seem to last very much exept Adam & Tim, you see they F**ked A.J and Tom with their pay that is why they left, these guys are so freaking full of themselves all they care about is making money for themselves and in the process they don't care who they screw over. As a Big fan of the first drowning pool bodies era, I must say drowning pool sucks cock now and this band has made a step in the right direction by getting rid of there old singer. He ruined drowning pool, the band should of called it quits when the first singer died. Now they got Soils left over jock strap.

There are several reasons for McComb's departure. The official statement is that he wanted to spend time with family. The fact that he joined Drowning Pool a year later somewhat contradicts this, though (but it might still be true). The disappointing sales for Redefine and consequent drop by J Records may also have played a part. Plus, it seems he was not on friendly terms with them (SOiL). His affiliation with D. Williams is unlikely to be a big reason, though, given their short time together.

Imo Ryan McCombs was way better than A.J, and actually the reason ryan left the band was to spend time with his family (wife and 2 sons) but later when Jason Jones left from drowning pool, they where auditioning for a new singer and ryans wife motivated him to go.

I thought 'True Self' was decent, but didn't hold up against the 'Scars' and 'Redefine' stuff.

I have high hopes for 'Picture Perfect' based on this song though. It's got the old school SOiL feel, and AJ really gets a chance to shine in this song. I could tell he had potential on 'True Self', but didn't get a chance to showcase everything he's got. I think they chose well with AJ, and it sounds like they are doing fine without Shaun Glass too, which surprised the hell out of me.
