It was uploaded a long time ago so I don't think it will be converted to HQ - which is a shame because the ringtone was audible(to me anyway) in the original and maybe some people could hear it if it was in HQ. As it is the pitch is changed and I would guess almost nobody can hear it now.

When clips are put on YouTube, they are compressed & converted to shockwave. Part of that process removes 'unnecessary' sound frequencies. It just so happens that the 'Mosquito' frequency is seen as unrequired by the compression process. SO NO CLIPS ON YOUTUBE will have the 'Mosquito' tone!!!
