It is true that reagan gave amnesty to illegals and even then it was an outrage, but americans were too busy finding new reasons to call each other racist and bigot. It is also true that during reagan's campaign the biggest issue was social security, that the other guy was gonna cut it, and reagan had commercials blasting his opponent. First thing reagan did when he got into office was specifically break his promise, he cut social security. He also cut government pensions.

You should learn more about Ronald Reagan before you post. He was the president who gave blanket amnesty to illegal immigrants, but did nothing to stop the flow. Like a good Republican, he was on the side of big business & against workers, and business has always profited from illegal labor.

Become informed and you'll see Reagan was no great man, but a clueless though likable fool who helped the rich, run up huge deficits & did nearly as much damage to the country as Bush.

Gov Brewer will want more tax increases to come, do not believe her, there is more waste to cut, she took the easy way out, Reagan didn't take the easy route of robbing taxpayers.
