  • Native Chaparral is not a fire hazard. fast growing non native grasses are the worst fire hazard. And the county is not liable for your house burning down under ANY circumstances. If you are lucky enough to live in a remote, natural habitat area, please learn more about the plants and animals with whom you share this scenic residence.

  • Your home is beautiful Joseph. I hope more people will become interested in the issues of fires and saving our wild lands.
