THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS. I have a Hank Aaron Video Project in the works. I've gathered plenty of still photos, but moving pictures are another matter. You are correct about how Rare color film footage is, especially from the 50's. With your permission, I would like to use the segment of Hank Aaron. I will credit your Channel and the video contribution at the closing of the presentation with a 5 second slide. Visit my Channel to see examples of my work. I do things right, and I keep my word.
This is some marvelous footage. Even though I am a Tigers fan, my favorite player of all time is Mickey Mantle. There will never be another player like him. In this video when I saw some of the clips you have of him -- brought chills.
@plentyvinny i suggest you look at my other world series posts. sure, you get narration, but mostly the footage of players is about 100 feet away and in black and white.thisis in color and very much up close. i will eventually get to narrating the series, but this is a family shoot, and trust me, this kind of thing is very very rare

Without narration, this post is virtually empty & meaningless! Musical scoring doesn't cut it!

The 1958 World Series was a great series with two of the best all around OF who ever played. Mickey Mantle and Hank Aaron.
