Any primer would work, maybe Urban Decay Primer Potion which is $16, but the bottle is a huge hassle, or Too Faced Shadow Insurance which is $17, I recommend this one more.

There's MANY cheaper brands, it just depends how 'natural' you really want your minerals & what quality ingredients you want in them.

OomppB - yep I've order from both sites, MAD has a lot more colours and are cheaper as you mentioned, also u can buy sample bags @ $2 per 1/4 tsp. They also have great gel eyeliners similar to MAC fluidlines for only $8.99

I love that site. The rainbow collection is really pigmented. Honestly, the stuff is dirt cheap but some site overprice it just to make a bigger profit. But try to stay away from the nano stuff - I read somewhere that it's pore clogging and bad for the skin.

I have samples of these products I have been so busy going off to Uni when I DO where them that i havn't had time to show them on myself on youtube yet. the other day I wore Amyrillis with a yellow with also sunkissed I think they looked great together I was trying to do a three colors on my lid type thing. BFTE is awesome! I lovelovelove Apple Blossoms, it's the prettiest highligher ever. I also love the Shamrock- it's the only green that looks right on me, and I've tried way too many. Great video!

You know, it is very funny to get this because today they opened a Bare Essentials counter (only one in the UK) at Selfridges Department Store, and I went crazy and bought a few colours. That is a shame knowing that Beauty from the Earth seems 100 times better!

Oh, and the price for Bare Essentials in the UK is 26 dollars a piece....

I got the 20 piece sample kit like five months ago and they give you a lot in the samples!!! My favorites are, Blueberry, Purple Iris (soooo pretty) Apple blossoms, green apple and netural pink.

They are very pigmented and blendable! The sample kit I got comes with sealable small bags. I like the way they packaged yours better in the lil sifter jars, but mine are just samples and you get a lot of samples, so you can decide which ones to really buy!
