Hmmm... I never had that kind of a problem. Have got all the latest drivers? Did you buy the game from steam, if not have you downloaded all the latest patches?

Are you using other borderlands progmams, like Borderlands confing?

Radeon HD 5850 with Athlon II X4 620? Sounds like a bad combination (unless you over-clocked the Athlon to at least 3.5GHz).

My fps is also over 60 all the times at 1680x1050 but I have Athlon 4400+ 3Ghz and Geforce 9600GT.

Just use your camera for recording i like to see accurate frames
