i live in north london and havent had mail for 3 days - the roads are not even blocked.
I had a special delivery package sent to me last saturday at 10am from birmingham, now it's wednesday and it still has not arrived.
There is nothing in the news about royal mail again having problems. there was no warning of backlog still - there should be, poxy biased news
when you complain you get a generic automated letter with the same old garbage
glad they lost Amazon and i wish more follow

Stolen property, damaged or missing post, stupidly long waits ike 25 mins in the post office...and they want to sell me phonecards and other inessential services...their modernisation plans arent going well at all...keep it up men! Screw them...i hope some rival company appears and offers you all decent jobs and Royal Mail gets sucked back up the queens butthole

@Davidparle71 Sorry you have to wait 25 minutes at the P.O. The staff who used to serve you got laid off, by the greedy pigs in management, so they could pay themselves a millionaire salary, with all the money they saved.

"modernisation" what does that actually mean? Bringing flexibility to the labour force? Obliging people to sacrafice there families for the profits of there employer...if thats a modern development then progress looks a bit backward!
