  • i find aplecider vinegar quiet tasty, it isn't far too strong and very essential.

    i agree with the shallots!

But i think i allways will be a fan of "Arne Brimi" the norwegian pride. he is the best chef/cock we have in here, he is worth his weight in gold.

  • Skin. and just pull! :D XD his face hahaha

  • Video. Done.

    Hunger. Not so much....

  • the narration is so annoying

  • "nut-brown flavor"

  • Used turbot instead of brill, balsamic instead of raspberry, rosée instead of red, and onions instead of shallots. Sure didn't taste like it was supposed to but it was still freakin great!

  • Done!

  • you fucking asshole im sitting here dying bcuz of how delicious this dish is looks and could only imagine smellls

  • Solt, peppah, buttah... DONE!

  • @rkmugen That made me laugh so hard.

  • @xboxwilly15 he forgot to say that chef gorgon is an "assowl"

  • @rkmugen LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....that had me dying!

  • wow no negative votes for this video! i was tempted to do just that but the recipe looks too damn good!

  • The dish looks like it's missing something!! Maybe some vegetables of some kind! But the fish and sauce looks dark, intruiging and rich!

  • Oh Ramsey...you could cook food for me anytime and bring it to my bedroom. ha ha

  • ...DONE !

  • damn i love my job

  • Legend

  • So he is cooking Brill: swssec.com/brill-treebug.jpg

  • And a few drops of semen, shake it into the sauce and serve it to the woman you are dating. If she likes the dish then you are doing quite well!

  • Must taste great, for sure, but doesn't look very nice, does it?

  • That's certainly not the most attractive presentation he's ever put up in terms of a dish, but it does look good.

  • Whats a good type of white fish pan searing?

  • Done.

  • ramsay is a genius with no respect for others...probably cocaine user the way he often flips out

  • @saban211 Gordon has respect, he would not have survived Marcos kitchen if he did not.

Might be a bit harder to earn his than most but quality over quantity applies here.

  • I absolutely adore his talent and passion for food and gastronomy. But, honestly, his profiled attitude kind of makes me think of him as a cynic. A cynical genious.

  • envy is suck a bad thing...

I bet thats the main reason ppl says they hate Gordon.

  • Shaw-lots

  • haha shoe-lots

  • i've always been told that to poach food the poaching liquid must not be boiling

  • @saviourblink gordon ramsey won rewards like 10 times whoever told u that thos that person have about 10 chef rewards?

  • @saviourblink pouching = the water is almost boiling..

  • that liquid is just simmering, boiling wine is much more aggressive than that.

  • @saviourblink : the poaching wine is not boiling. Simmering, at most.

Alcohol simply vaporizes at a much lower temperature than water, creating bubbles, making it look like it's boiling.

  • for those people who said they can do this and Gordon is an awful chef, this we can cook, after this video not before it, he invented new recipes and cooking techniques that's why he's good

  • ramsey has michelin stars...enough said

  • thank you

  • ive allways thought white wine for white meat (poultry n seafood) and red wine for red meat. anyhow im gonna try this recipee=)

  • whoa the guy really knows how to make people feel hungry....

  • @RobertsDigital That is why he has been Number one for over 10 years now :D

  • @navafsar i challenge gr to kook stuffed quails with mango and apple custard sauce like i do......its my invention...i have them at 3 restaurants and they have been hits with the customers for 5 years....i serve them to my friends at home and they say how the hell did you make that....its delecious......when did u learn how to cook like that....its a hobby....if u want the recipe message me here......but you must have cooking experience.

  • @abonawas Doesn't sound delicious

  • @jesusfaps2 it is delicious! I've done the sauce for duck breast...It's bloody amazing! red wine, reduced with duck fat and season over onions or shallots (i've actually used white onions and it was not harsh!) f*ckin' amazing taste!

  • @abonawas I wouldn't serve them in my 715 restaurants and I don't believe you would last a second in a challenge against Gordo....

  • that fish is to fucking drunk it's probably just going to take like booze

  • ramsay rocks!

  • uh this is from the f word on which he makes dishes that "anyone can make at home"

so yes you viewers probably can do this

  • Brill in red wine sauce...

    DONE

  • what's up with all the elitists? i think gordon's style and showmanship really has brought new light to cooking and has served as an introduction to many different niches of people that would never have otherwise been interested in cooking.

  • I agree with you 110 percent!

I am tired of reading people say: " I can do that" and " He is doing it wrong" etc.

If the man was such a god awful CHEF, then he wouldn't own over 10 restaurants and have several TV show's. I am pretty sure he knows what he is doing better than anyone on here!

  • I thought this was hard. Even I can do this. F@#k it. Waste of time.

  • yessss... that would be the point of a cooking show to show you how to cook... kind of in the name there....

  • Lol, because this is easy for you to do, its a waste of time?

    pathetic..

  • absolutely gorgeous. Not often i see fish with a red wine sauce! i must copy

  • OMG THAT LOOKS SO GOOD

  • rock music compliments gordan ramsey's badass skills.

  • rock music? what?

  • cooking for toffs
