That kitten really has a sweet home. I read some comments and some seems like to throw a troll everywhere. Many families in my country as well as mine don't have nice condition or beautiful furniture even for ourselves. But we still love our pets a lot and provide them best in our financial abilities. We love that. I think that 's enough for the pets.

@blukatzen - the floor in this house is actually rather lovely. It's got under floor heating as well, so the poor widdle kiddy didn't fweeze its teensy weensy paws off.

I really hope that the clarification as to the suitability of this flooring will put your mind at rest. Now go; go rehome some kitties with all your might but, for the love of God, make sure they are rehomed in places with pristine flooring.

It may be shocking to believe, but Ghostface is now a happy, healthy and well-loved four year old cat, having survived the perils of a slightly uneven, hard & occasionally not completely sterile kitchen floor for four years. Who'd have thought that an animal accustomed to digging in dirt to bury its own waste & walking around barefoot outdoors could manage such a feat!

Just enjoy the kitten. He really doesn't care about the kitchen floor. Neither should you.
