Before 1:00, the footage is about massacre of Tibetan in 1988, lead by Hu, starting from 00:19.

then after 1:00, the video is showing pictures of Lhasa on March 2008 to compare with footage in 1988.

You could see the military in it.

Also video shows the picture of Tianaonmon in 1989, and concludes, "Not a thing has changed since then."
