The national minimum wage is, effectively, a form of Corporatism: the use of government to favour large businesses and corporations over competition from small businesses. The smaller businesses, less likely to be able to be able to cope with wage rises, close down and the large corporations- who CAN deal with enforced wage rises- are now free from competion and are able to charge whatever they like.

You're not refuting the original point I made- about larger companies having an advantage over smaller ones because of the minimum wage.
