Basically, a tablet is something that you can use to draw on the computer. It's usually goes into a USB port in your computer. For example, if I were use Manga Studio Debut (Manga making program), and I had a laptop, or drawing with a mouse was just plain hard, a tablet can be read by the program and you use a stylus to draw on the tablet, which then sends the patterns to the program. Therefore, it's basically a USB clipboard that makes drawing on a computer a lot easier!

A chibi is a manga/anime drawing, with a to big head XD The head of a chibi fits like 2/3 times in his body. Unlike normal drawings where the head fits like 7/8 times in the body. Also chibi's most of the time have less details, but thats just how you want it. And chibi's are cute ^-^

a chibi generaly has large shiny eyes and heads larger than the body, they can have fingers too, it all depends on the artist. some chibis are really detailed and some are just cute doodles but the main thing is to exagerate the eyes and cuteness :3
