well I don't mind brussels and brocolli when raw or lightly cooked but we have a tradition here of cooking things until they are just soggy mush - andon that note, happy new year!

Oooof. All the Brussels bashing! Slice them in half, toss in black pepper, sea salt, and olive oil, and roast them in the oven. Beeeaauuutiful!
