What a delight to watch you share your gift with us Jeffro. I wrote it all down! I always wondered which cut to buy for a roast. And jalapeno's are my favorite. For those afraid of the 'heat', you just discard the seeds and the ribs and they become quite mild but I'm going to try it full strength. I can see why you enjoy Hilde's voice.
