It's Reach. It got glassed literally right before Halo 1 starts. The Pillar Of Autumn jumps into Slip Space to leave Reach (due to the Cole Protocol of random Slip Space Jumps if Covenant are in the area), and when it exits Slip Space it is near the first found Halo. Totally didn't think it was Reach when I saw that cut scene though, nice.
