I lost a friend from Highschool in Iraq, and another great friend protecting the streets of Glendale, Az as a police officer. Its painful that celebs get more respect than the ones that take the bullet for us, so we can sleep sound in our beds at night. God bless our troops, police, fire, and paramedics.
Okay, at the start, it was a good video. The editing and the fact that call of duty clips are in there is just so ridiculous.
DONT get me wrong, the intention the song and the video overall were great, and being in a military family that has suffered losses to this war, all forms of support for our soldiers are appreciated. But... call of duty clips? Thats where the video lost its touch.

I have family in the service. Everytime I watch these videos it brings tears to my eyes. I appreciate everything the troops do for our country and wish I could do something for them in return. I support yall 100% and always will. I know whaits like to sit in a chair watching screens to see if your loved ones are on it. It sucks. But it takes ALOT of courage to do what yall do. @0:20 that same event happened at my brothers school. a little kindergarten girl wrote a letter to a Colonel begging her dad to come home fro Christmas and on monday they got all the students in the cafeteria and had her close her eyes. the principal got her in the front of the room and said count to 10. as she counted at 10 she was lifted in the air by strong arms and turned around to see a man in full digital camo with chevrons on his shoulder and cried "DADDY!!" it was the most touching thing
This year for Christmas I'd like; no wait... Forget that. Get in your sleigh, go to Afghanistan, get our soldiers and bring them home. They deserve to be with their family's on Christmas. Post this on as many videos dedicated to our troops to show respect for the soldiers who wont be coming home for Christmas.

I like this video, but the COD clips just completely killed the moment. I almost came to tears when I saw the clips of the fathers coming home to their family in the beginning of the video, and also I would like to know why it wasn't the full song either (just asking and not angry about it), but overall this was a good video. Glad to have served our great country from 1986-1994. Having served in the Gulf War and losing many "brothers" in the fight for freedom makes me sad. There were 4 of us known as the "4 Amigos" I just learned that on Tuesday (11/08/2011), Mac Jonson was killed in action. Being the lone survivor of the "4 Amigos" has me heart broken. It is not a pleasant feeling being the "last man standing". Mac, Chuck & Brett...I miss you guys :(

@campbellmusic5 I support the troops for the most part even though some American soldiers have done some really horrible things to innocent people in other countries (including rape) but I support that actual good guys out there. I'm training to join the Navy SEAL's and I know if any of the soldiers I knew tried to rape or murder civilians I'd do whatever I could to stop them because that is just wrong. But accidents happen like accidentally bombing civilians.

@campbellmusic5 I support the troops for the most part even though some American soldiers have done some really horrible things to innocent people in other countries (including rape) but I support that actual good guys out there. I have to say though I really don't LOVE America just for the fact that there is SOOO much crime and you can't even step outside and feel completely safe anymore. @xxviciousbeautyxx I understand completely. But not EVERY cop or EVERY soldier do bad things. And what most people dont realize is that other countries are a lot worse than us. Sadam Hussein used nerv gas on people and it does the nastiest things to the body. I'm training to join the Navy SEAL's and I know if any of the soldiers I knew tried to rape or murder civilians I'd do whatever I could to stop them because that is just wrong. But accidents happen like accidentally bombing civilians.
