First of all, it's a kickass song to a kickass video. Most people dont care what the songs about, i mean, if you watch a AMV you dont care about what the song is about. So to conclude this: You just got a bad taste for good videos. :)

If you read the lyrics and understand them correctly you shall find that it's about a female archangel who was forced into slavery and lost her crown as queen and she was almost killed by some ''beast'' and ''she fought but fell to greet'' which means she put up a fight but lost against the beast

and she lost her crown because her divinity prevented her from having sexual lust and her lover promised to her that he would kill off christians
