It's available on DVD in a very fine version (I own it), but it might not be available as a single since it was part of a John Ford collection, which I also have. It is a terrific film, although a bit old-fashioned even when it was released. Must be the Irish in Ford. I have the Irish, too, and don't mind being old-fashioned. Within five years, John Ford became the poet laurete of American Films, to us and the rest of the world. This is just an opening course of his genius.
This film is dated 1922 and or 1935 no film is copyright protected from those years but Warner Brothers do just that as some claim Happy Birthday from the 1880s I hope they all burn in hell.
Okay, where's part 2?
