Mathew Theissan plays an instrument in the production of Adam's songs now, And helps with alot of things. And he can be called an artist or a band. As any other band is also called an artist. Owl City, one or multiple people, is still considered a band.

Also, I've been listening to Adam since he first started posting his songs on myspace. I've been a groupie for a while.

I'm fine with them saying they only know and like Fireflies, but saying they "love" Owl City because of it pisses me off.

LIke I wouldn't say I "love" Within Temptation because I only know one song from them xD I Like that song, but I don't "love" the band. Maybe if I listened to them more I would, but right now I have no right to say I do.
