  • Girls sure knew how to dance in those days

  • Buddy Holly! Sounds a lot like him.

  • @Highland804 Might be because it's a cover of one of his songs :P

  • @TheDJGrandPa D'oh! I should have recognized it. Thanks.

  • @Highland804 No problem, never was a big hit for Buddy, "I Fought the Law" wasn't a big one for the Crickets either... Luckilly, people like Bobby recognized good music, and sometimes made even better ones! Two texans who died waaaay too early.

  • @Highland804 That would be other way round.

  • Kind of rockabilly-sounding.

  • Thanks for nice video !!!

  • smashingly wonderful. Always room for more uploads of this vid. Thanks!

  • Put another dime in the jukebox, Baby!

  • The guitarist and bassist look like KGB hitmen

  • Happy birthday, Bobby. We're still listening 45 years later.

  • loved this song i remember crying the day he died-sad...

  • I like it. No offense to Mr. Holly, and it's a fine cover. THANX> But the dancers DO seem a bit high, and maybe it's the sugar rich breakfast cereal? Kix Mix anyone?

  • @909chuck they have great legs don't complain

  • how cool it must have been have rushed home from whatever, and ran to see this on tv.

OutKast must have seen this video before they made "Hey-ya."

Talk about a totally truthful moment.

  • THANKS!! Bobby rules, even after all these years!!

  • Just brilliant thanks!!

  • Great! Are the girl dancers on drugs?

  • It's just wonderful to be able to watch this, such a great song, written by Buddy Holly, of course, who surely would have just loved this version, with its fine vocals and driving beat. Hats off to the fabulous Bobby Fuller Four !

  • @Scotseasy amen thanks

  • The heir to Buddy Holly.Wish he had covered all his songs.

  • It's a bit out of sync, but for the quality, that's certainly okay! The one previously on YouTube had terrible picture quality; this one even sounds better.

  • Thank you so much for this great video. I've seen it before, but this is great quality. Bobby is one of my all time faves...and I miss him so much.

  • A fine Buddy Holly cover, revered by Bobby Fuller, with both being from Texas.
