lol 3 nvidia cards can't beat 2 ati, ati ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuules, i got two 9500 gts, they're suckish, but they were cheap and i thought i'd try out sli, these two combined got a windows 7 graphics score of around 6.1-6.5, my dad's 3 year old ati radeon got the same score, once again, ati comes out on top.

Remember X2 have 2gpus. ATI setup was running 4 gpus and SLI setup was running 3 gpu's.

From the scores the ATI cards were faster. You have to ignore the CPU scores. You don't achieve 23k more cpu marks by using a different cards. It's a Physx bug.

To WarmasterGorrath, I know it's asisotropic and not anti-strophic. I just screwed up and I am glad you didn't correct me and insult me like some of these uncivil people do. To Dragst3er, the cpu score is higher on the nVidia setup cause nVidia PhysX offloads all the phisics processes from the CPU to the GPU, so that is the reason the GPU score is lower and the CPU score is higher.

Ati has the best bang for buck, is good for medium resolutions and supports DX 10.1 but it consumes a crapload of power, has bad drivers, while Nvidia has PhysX support, good drivers, and is much more favored by game engines, but it is expensive and has much less price-FPS ratio...

I have both Ati and Nvidia in my two systems and i like Ati more because it has the lower price but i noticed some display glitches and problems i have not seen on Nvidia cards, although you should not worry about it

jimi1765 has no idea how graphics cards work. The quality of the graphics is the same on both cards, it just depinds on how you set up the graphics quality in the game's options menu. The way to decide weather to buy ATI or nVidia is this ; if you play on a large monitor ar HDTV at resolutions higher than 1680x1050 nVidia is the way to go, if you play casually on a monitor smaller than 20" buy ATI.

yes ATI did get a better GPU score but what matters is the overall score. The nVIDIA PhysX engine offloads all the phisics proccesing to the video cards leaving the CPU to do other thing therefore the cpu score was much higher and that is what brought up the CPU score and brought down the GPU score. If this guy were to run the same test with PhysX disabled on the nVidia cards their GPU score would have been much higher but that dosen't mean more FPS in games. The higher overall score ..continue
