It is hard to manufacture these sophisticated machines. Especially when you are working off of stolen blueprints and technology.

Westinghouse is building 4 nuclear plants in China. It is quite known that once these 4 reactors (two sites) is completed, the Chinese will have the knowledge to do it themselves.

The westinghouse reactors are dangerous enough when built by westinghouse, nevermind the fact that the chinese copies will be even more marginal. The Chinese can build what ever they want..be it carriers, jets, bombers, submarines ect...They will always fail, because they have no experience what-so-ever in any of these fields..The country will implode before they gain this knowledge.
